Who is responsible
This website is operated by PT Ventura Sinergi, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through a quotation request or correspondence. Contact for privacy questions: [awaiting data].
Technical data when you visit
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit, such as IP address, browser type (user agent), the page requested and the time of the request. This data is processed by Cloudflare under the Cloudflare privacy policy.
We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors or to build visitor profiles.
Cookies and browser storage
The site currently sets no analytics cookies, advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels. If Cloudflare needs a technical cookie for security, for example to tell human visitors from automated traffic, that cookie is used for that purpose only.
If you press the button that sends results from the salt requirement calculator to the quotation form, the result is held temporarily in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage), read by the form and then deleted. It is not sent to our servers.
If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first, and your consent will be requested where required.
The quotation request form
The form runs in your browser. In this version it sends nothing to our servers: it prepares a text summary that you can copy. Once official WhatsApp numbers and email addresses are published, the form will open WhatsApp or your email application with the message filled in, and the data reaches us only when you press send in that application.
Messages sent by WhatsApp are also processed by the WhatsApp provider under its terms, and emails by your email provider and ours.
How we use enquiry data
The data you send us, such as name, company, contact details, country and requirement details, is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry, including preparing quotations, samples, COAs and documents
- Contact you about the same enquiry, for example to clarify a specification
- Fulfil an agreed order, including shipping, invoicing and export documents
- Meet legal obligations, such as transaction and tax records
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent your data and do not add it to marketing lists without your consent. Data is shared only with parties needed to fulfil an order, such as freight forwarders, laboratories or surveyors and banks, or where the law requires it.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to follow it up. If an enquiry becomes a transaction, data is kept for as long as transaction records must be retained. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request to the privacy contact above ([awaiting data]). We will respond in line with the personal data protection law that applies in Indonesia.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way the site handles data changes, for example if the form starts sending data to a server or analytics is added. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
