After you send it
- 01
We review specification and volume
We check the product, grade or mesh, quality limits, packaging and volume against what we can supply. If anything is unclear, we ask before pricing.
- 02
We reply with availability, price and terms
Our reply states availability, price, packaging, schedule, and the delivery and payment terms that apply to that request. Response time: [awaiting data].
- 03
Sample and COA if needed
If you need to test first, we arrange a sample with its batch COA. The order is confirmed once you approve the sample.
For chemicals and volumes not yet fixed
For caustic soda (NaOH), hydrochloric acid (HCl) or PAC, select the product under industrial chemicals and use the notes to state grade, physical form (for example solid or solution), concentration, packaging and volume. Specification, TDS and SDS are available on request.
Not sure how many tonnes you need? Estimate it with the salt requirement calculator; its button fills in the monthly volume on this form automatically. Common questions about MOQ, packaging and documents are answered in the FAQ.
